Corey came to me when he was first starting his custom furniture business looking for an online portfolio. We decided that the site would be simple, clean and modern, and that his work would be the focus and supply the visual interest.

Corey’s work is a series of modular grids, so I set everything in a complementary grid that gave the work plenty of room to breathe. It was important to Corey to minimize load times when navigating between pieces in the portfolio, so we decided to build the site in Flash. Within 6 months of launching the site and his business, Corey was featured in the BKLYN Designs show in Dumbo and this year he was in the International Contemporary Furniture Fair at the Javits Center and will be going back to BKLYN Designs for the third straight year.
